Service Fees & Pricing

Fee Disclosure

All fees are disclosed in advance and are subject to change based on appointment details such as location, time, service type, number of signers, and scope of work. Statutory notarial fees are set by Texas law. All non‑statutory fees (including travel, after‑hours, emergency, printing, and special location fees) are separate from notarial act fees and must be disclosed and agreed to before services are performed.

 

Mobile Service Fees

Standard Travel Fee — $40
Mobile service within the Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
Travel fees apply per appointment/trip and are separate from statutory notarial act fees.

After‑Hours & Overnight Appointments

(In addition to standard travel and service fees)

After‑Hours (6:00 PM – 9:59 PM)
Travel Fee + $25

Overnight (10:00 PM – 5:59 AM)
Travel Fee + $50

 

Holiday Fee

Holiday Fee — $60

Applies on the following company‑observed holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Holiday fees apply to Mobile Notary, Fingerprinting, and I‑9 Verification appointments.

 

Special Location Fees

Hospital / Medical Facility — $60
Additional time, access coordination, and verification.

Jail / Detention Center — $100
Security screening and extended facility procedures.

Emergency Appointment Fee

Emergency Appointment Fee — $75

Applies to urgent requests requiring service within 3 hours.
Charged in addition to all other applicable fees.

 

Notarial Acts

(Texas‑regulated fees)

Statutory Notice

Notarial act fees are regulated by Texas law. A Texas notary public may not charge more than the fees allowed for each notarial act. Any travel or convenience fees are disclosed separately and agreed to before the appointment.

Pricing Notice

Quoted totals are estimates based on scheduling information. If additional notarial acts, signers, documents, wait time, or services are required, fees may change. Any updated total will be disclosed and approved before services are performed.

Additional Signers (Same Document) — $1.00 each

Notarial Act Fees

Acknowledgments — $10 per act
Jurats — $10 per act
Oaths / Affirmations — $10 per act
Verification on Oath or Affirmation — $10 per act
Certified Copies (Non‑Recordable) — $10 per copy
Signature Witnessing — $10 per act

Protest (Commercial Paper)

$4 per bill or note
$1 per notice
$4 for certificate and seal

Loan Signing Services

(All‑Inclusive Pricing)

Regular Loan Package — $175
Standard loan signings including printing and scanbacks.

Large Loan Package — $225
Oversized or complex packages (typically 200+ pages).

Reprint / Corrections — $25 per event
Applies to redraws or document changes after printing. Travel or time‑based fees may apply if a return trip is required.

Additional Scanbacks / Rescans — $15 per request
One scanback set included when requested at scheduling.

Notarial act fees remain subject to Texas law. Travel and convenience fees may apply.

Ink Fingerprinting (FD‑258 or Similar)
$35 — First card
$15 — Each additional card

‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification

In‑Person I‑9 Verification — $45
Additional Employees (Same Location) — $25 each

$1.00 per page

Itemized receipts are provided and clearly distinguish statutory notarial act fees from travel, convenience, and other service fees.
